Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to participants (“Customers”) who register for the Cloud Native Compass training (“Training”) organized by Constanze B. Roedig and Márk Sági-Kazár.

By registering and paying for the Training, Customers agree to the following:

1. Registration and Payment

• Participation is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• Payments must be made upfront, prior to the start of the Training.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before the Training start date: 100% refund.
• Cancellations made 30–59 days before the Training start date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the Training start date: no refund.
• Customers may transfer their registration to another participant at any time, free of charge.

3. Special Needs and Accessibility

• Customers must inform Organizers in advance of any special needs or requirements. While efforts will be made, no guarantee can be provided that such needs will be accommodated.
• Please note: the training location is not barrier-free (no step-free access).

4. Participant Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for bringing their own laptops and ensuring they are properly set up for the Training.
• Customers are expected to actively participate and respect the learning environment.

5. Changes and Cancellations by Organizers

• Organizers reserve the right to make changes to the Training program, instructors, or location if necessary.
• In the unlikely event that the Training is cancelled by Organizers, Customers will receive a full refund of any fees paid.

6. Liability

• Organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the Training.
• Organizers are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the Training.
